A scale design model with measurements, list of materials used, and plan drawings. The unique 3D model drawn up in SketchUp, shot from different angles. A real life (or as close to) image of our 3d design so you can see the final product. We’ve also included an estimated price quotation for each design. We’ve broken this estimation down in to sections to make it easy to understand.

We’re based in Queenstown, New Zealand. However, We welcome clients from all over the world. Please don’t hesitate to send us a message!
We don’t personally under take the work load our self. Locally to Queenstown (and Otago) we can obviously suggest some great companies to speak to – all of them I’ve worked with personally and the work is of an extremely high standard. Obviously outside of Queenstown you may need to make some phone calls to see who the pros are in your area.
In the price estimation we’ve included materials and labour. Most aspects are based on a square metre rate – which you’ll find in the project documentation. Please be aware that these estimations are ours, and ours only. These rates will vary depending on where you are!
